About Me
My name is John Rodriguez I have been an IT consultant since the age of 18. I have been taking computers apart since my first computer which was a Dell 386. I started PC Techz an IT consulting company in 2005. After a year in business I had a beautiful girl, my first child! I still ran my IT business and was always on call when my client’s computer broke, I stopped what I was doing and attended to my clients. I believe that great customer service is key for the success of any business (so this is what I did). My personal life became secondary and my IT business became my main priority. Unfortunately it was like that for a couple of years I was a slave to my clients, in 2010 I had my second child a son a.k.a. lil’ John jr. I think my second child was the turning point in my life where I reflected on my past and thought about the future and where I want to be in the next few years. How can I spend valuable time with my family if my IT business kept growing and everyone I hired was just there for a pay check and did not genuinely care about my clients. This led to my new business venture. I had to choose a business that would be inline with my lifestyle (family first). I began to brainstorm on what I was good at and what I had experience in. I have been doing internet marketing for my own business for 11 years. Why not offer marketing services? So I did. I am now a full time internet marketer. I run affiliate offers and plan to create a tech start-up in 2012. I work on internet marketing using social media, pay-per-click, search engine optimization and affiliate marketing. I have now made it my priority to teach others how to market their small business using the power of the internet and social media.
